Economic inequality, financial illiteracy,  inequitable access to capital and lack of financial dignity are real and systemic issues that have hindered the economic growth and opportunity for under-served individuals and small businesses for far too long. We recognize these problems are complex. It will require the concerted efforts of partners in government and the local community and private sector to develop innovative and collaborative solutions.

IIG Partners Foundation (IIGPF) works with like-minded individuals and organizations to identify where the greatest impact can be achieved. We focus on plausible programs and initiatives that address these issues so we can establish long-term goals for improvement, create and track key performance indicators to measure our progress, and then lead the efforts to rally support and build coalitions to work towards eliminating these problems.

Our Programs

  • Small Business Resource Center

We believe that prioritizing the needs of diverse small businesses can create a more inclusive, equitable economy and more opportunity for entrepreneurs, their employees, and their communities. We provide a wide range of services and support through our resource center. Our offerings include incubator modules for new and emerging businesses, in-person classes, peer-to-peer sessions, networking events, mentorship/coaching opportunities and so much more!

  • Financial Literacy Program

There is a need for equal access to financial resources and our goal is to equip individuals and communities with the tools they need to secure a better future through financial independence. We partner with financial institutions, corporations, government agencies, and community organizations to offer programs centered around financial education such as credit and money management.

  • STEM

The STEM job market is a growing field that has not always been accessible to every community. IIGPF aims to aid in the removal of the barriers in the STEM fields for underrepresented students through immersive experiences. We work to expand educational and STEM learning opportunities by joining forces with surrounding public educational education systems, non-profit organizations and government agencies.
